Executive Chairman
Jo Bamford is the founder and Executive Chairman of Ryze, responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the business. He is a board member of one of the U.K.’s largest industrial conglomerates, JCB Ltd and spent eight years as Managing Director of JCB Utility Products. Jo is a clean energy enthusiast and is driven to grow the hydrogen economy, starting with transport.
Chief Executive Officer
Gabor started his career with PwC, privatizing the infrastructure at chemical sites in former East Germany. Focusing on Energy he continued to work in that sector from power and steam production, water and waste treatment, and grid optimization including civil works. After joining Fichtner group and serving as Managing director, he left to become a founding partner of BTO Consulting and Investments, where he founded and managed numerous start-ups and investments. He joined RYZE to build a European network for decarbonizing the transport sector in Europe. He is now acting as CEO of RYZE Power Germany and RYZE Power UK.
Chief Financial Officer
Jamie is the CFO at Ryze. Jamie is responsible for the financial review of all Ryze projects, looking at strategic opportunities and commercial viability. He previously worked for 17 years at PwC, focusing on Restructuring M&A and debt advisory work with corporates and private equity clients.
